The first meeting is different from the fifth, and Pairwise's prep notes know that. First-meeting prep includes icebreakers and relationship-setup guidance; continuing-meeting prep surfaces what's worked, what hasn't, and which action items are still open. Twenty-four hours before each meeting, both participants get the prep that fits where they are.

Pairwise books meetings on both participants' Google or Outlook calendars, so neither side has to remember to add it. Where Google Calendar is connected, a Meet link is generated automatically. After each meeting, both participants confirm whether they met with a one-tap notification. The scheduling friction goes away because the meeting is just there.
