How will they know?
When a match is finalized, the introduction email goes out. When a session is booked, both participants get the calendar invite plus a confirmation. Twenty-four hours before each meeting, the prep note arrives. After the meeting, the attendance check. When a pair drifts, an engagement nudge. Each one is an editable template you can customize per program.

Some variables are simple substitutions (names, dates, links). Others are personalized at send time: a written rationale for why this pair matches, focus areas from prior meetings, a coaching note tailored to mentor or mentee. The same template can produce a different email for every recipient, since the variables do more than substitute.
